A Creighton University alumnus with an MBA from Southern Utah University, Sam is committed to building a company where clinical excellence and operational integrity go hand in hand, and where every patient feels the difference.
Raye Conley, RN is the Administrator and Director of Nursing at Preferred Home Health — a role she has held for over a decade, and a company she has called home for more than 28 years. Joining Preferred in 1998, she has grown alongside the organization through every chapter of its story, bringing a level of institutional knowledge and genuine dedication that simply cannot be taught. As both a registered nurse and administrator, she bridges the clinical and operational sides of care seamlessly, ensuring that every patient receives the compassionate, high-quality service Preferred Home Health has built its reputation on.
Lisa Spight, is the voice and community presence behind Preferred Home Health, bringing nearly 20 years of dedication to the organization she joined in 2006. She knows Northern Colorado’s healthcare landscape inside and out — the physicians, the facilities, the families, and the community partners who make quality home health possible. Her long-standing relationships across the region are a direct reflection of the trust Preferred Home Health has earned, and her passion for connecting patients and families with the right care drives everything she does.
